2016 seems to be flying past, it's hard to believe we're already past the mid-point of the year, so we thought we'd do another quick round up of some our favourite projects since the last news update.
Ramasjang are an indie-pop band that hail all the way from Norway. We recently mastered the first single ‘The Queen’ from their upcoming EP. They seamlessly weave together pop hooks and quirky production tricks in a way that resembles Alt-J or Bombay Bicycle Club.
We’re also currently in the process of mixing the new EP by Leeds four-piece Superintendent. ‘Consume The Consumers’ is the second single off the EP and gives a taster of their brand of noisy hard rock. One for fans of Queens Of The Stone Age.
It’s definitely worth mentioning the most recent release from London based singer/songwriter Bo Rocha. It’s not hard to see why ‘Hold My Gaze’ has been so popular, offering a unique electronic twist on a soulful piano ballad. With an EP soon to be released she’s definitely one to keep an eye on.
Last but not least we mixed another new track by composer Shane McKenna. ‘Beacon’s Reach’ is an epic blend of orchestral and electronic sounds and adds a more contemporary feel to his growing collection of songs.
2016 is continuing to be a busy year for us so keep your eyes peeled for more updates and don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss a project!
